Our policy requires payment at the time of service. Contact our office for current fees as well as our arrival time policy so that you may plan accordingly. We do accept many insurances, however, we advise you to contact your insurance carrier to verify we are on your plan prior to your visit and to verify your benefits. Many insurance companies require authorization to be initiated by the patient and your visit may not be covered if you have not met the prior authorization requirement.
