Tresia Jones: Owner and Executive Director

In April 2017, Tresia Jones founded Willow Sage Services and has since been at the helm of managing its day-to-day operations and supporting the efforts of her exceptional staff. With more than 12 years of experience in the mental health field, Tresia actively develops programs, collaborates with community partners, and oversees her team of professionals.


However, Tresia's commitment to excellence is not limited to her professional life. She is an amazing mother and friend known for her big heart and unwavering loyalty to those she cares about. Tresia's compassion and generosity are qualities that are greatly appreciated by all those who work with her at Willow Sage Services. Her leadership and dedication have made her an invaluable asset to the team, and she continues to inspire and motivate everyone around her.

Ashley Dixon: Office Manager

Ashley is our Idaho Falls Office Manager. She has exceptional organizational and communication skills that enable her to efficiently manage our reception space. She is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that clients and colleagues feel welcomed and valued. Ashley has amazing attention to detail and provides excellent customer service. Whether she is answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, or handling administrative tasks, Ashley approaches her job with enthusiasm and professionalism.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ashley is also a loving mother who adores her children. When she's not at work, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Emma Jones: Credentialing Specialist

Emma Jones is a multi-talented professional who has been an integral part of the Willow Sage Services team since 2018. While initially hired to support administrative duties and office management, Emma's skills and passion for learning led her to take on the role of Credentialing Specialist. Emma is always eager to expand her expertise in the mental health field. Her commitment to accuracy and attention to detail ensure that all credentialing processes are executed with the utmost care and efficiency.

Emma has a soft spot for her two beloved feline companions. When she's not hard at work, she can often be found cuddling with her furry friends and enjoying their company. Emma's dedication to her job and her furry family members are a reflection of her kind and caring nature.

Kelsi Sullivan: Collections Specialist

Kelsi is a dedicated student at Boise State University. She skillfully balances her academic pursuits with her position here at Willow Sage, all while raising two lively little ones. Prior to pursuing her degree, Kelsi devoted several years to her role as a Peer Support Specialist, providing guidance and a sense of community to those navigating the path to recovery. As a long-time member of the administration team at Willow Sage Services, Kelsi has honed her skills in a variety of roles and currently specializes in billing and collections. Her attention to detail and efficiency have made her an invaluable asset to the team, ensuring that the financial operations of the organization run smoothly.

When Kelsi isn't working or studying, she enjoys indulging in her favorite hobbies. She loves cooking, true crime documentaries, and iced coffee. Kelsi's dedication to her family, education, and profession make her a well-rounded and inspiring individual. We're lucky to have her!

Rafael Escobar: Records Department

Rafael is the Records Specialist at Willow Sage Services, responsible for managing a range of essential administrative duties. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, Rafael ensures that all incoming faxes and client records are handled with the utmost care and efficiency.


His expertise and experience have made him an important member of the team, contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.


Megan Hall: Billing Manager

Megan is our highly skilled Billing Manager. Since joining the team in 2019, Megan has played an instrumental role in streamlining the billing process and ensuring that all financial operations run efficiently. Megan's strong work ethic and dedication to her job make her an important asset to the organization. She enjoys tackling challenges and solving complex problems with creativity and precision.


When Megan is not hard at work, she loves spending time with her large family. As a proud parent of many children, she cherishes every moment spent with her loved ones, whether they're exploring the outdoors or enjoying a cozy movie night at home.

Michelle Madsen: Claims Submissions

Michelle is our talented Billing Specialist. With an Associates in Health Science from 2016, Michelle's education and experience have given her the skills to maintain the financial integrity of Willow Sage Services. Michelle's dedication to her job and attention to detail ensure that the billing process is efficient and effective, enabling the organization to focus on its core mission. Her commitment to excellence and professionalism make her a valued member of the team.


In her free time, Michelle loves exploring the great outdoors. Hiking, camping, and enjoying the natural beauty of Idaho are just a few of her favorite activities. Her love for adventure and the outdoors are evident in her positive attitude and approach to life. Michelle's commitment to her work and her passion for the outdoors make her a well-rounded and inspiring individual, both in and out of the office.

Luke Christiansen: Office Manager

Luke is our wonderful Pocatello Office Manager. He truly brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. His enthusiasm for learning and willingness to go above and beyond to help others make him an invaluable asset to our team.

With a passion for providing exceptional customer service, Luke ensures that every client who walks through our doors feels welcome and supported.

Outside of work, Luke is a proud father to two adorable puppies who are lucky to have such a loving and caring owner. His devotion to his furry friends is just one example of his kind and compassionate nature, which shines through in everything he does. Luke's dedication to his work and his love for his furry family members make him a valued member of our team, and we feel fortunate to have him with us at Willow Sage Services.

Angela Barnard: Receptionist

Angela is a highly valued Receptionist in our Pocatello office, where she brings her exceptional customer service skills and friendly demeanor to greet all our clients. With her welcoming smile and positive attitude, Angela makes every visitor feel at ease and at home in our office. Her attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to assist her colleagues and clients. Her commitment to delivering top-notch service is evident in everything she does.
