This is a great resource for anyone who struggles with body image resiliency. In this body obsessed culture it is easy to let how we feel about the way we look decide our happiness and what we think we are capable of doing. This is a different perspective to stop focusing on how changing how we look will increase our happiness but instead start focusing on what we are capable of doing despite what we look like.
